On 22ndSept 2008 I sat at my computer excited about the reopening of the Birmingham school as a living soul centre excited about the work I shall do there. I reflected over the last 6 weeks full of love sadness insight and empowerment. I gave thanks for this wonderful life as I do most days, wether they are good or bad. As always Archangel Metatron is with me when I type or write or have to use my brain and Jesus who has been a constant companion these last six weeks sat by my side. This was my guidance it is for all of you like me, who are making a big leap of faith in theses challenging times.

The Power of 'one'

One is a very powerful word.Saying 'one' can help you to focus, re-balance and be in the now. Most of our thoughts are in the past or future we have conversations in our heads that we havent had yet but we have them in our heads as if we have ( sound familiar ) saying 'one' can rid you of all these unwanted thoughts and allow you to be calm, centered and in control. Close your eyes take a deep breath in say 'ONE' on the out breath relax your shoulders and see a vertical line in you minds eye focus on this line release all those unwanted thoughts feel them drift away stay focused on the vertical line for as long as you can when you open your eyes your mind is clear of clutter, you are calm and in control of your thoughts and therefore makes your thoughts more powerful. The word 'one' has such a high vibration that it can only be used for the highest good. Great for use throughout the day, before exams, giving talks, driving etc the more you use it the more you flow and my guidance is that it is anti-ageing and as we are all going to live a lot longer this can be an invaluable tool for keeping our mind and body in good working order.

The Power in your name

Your first name, the christian name you were given at birth holds in it your great gifts, challenges and wisdom for this lifetime on earth. You chose this name before you were born and encoded it with all of this and more, you telepathically sent it to your parents and they think they chose it. You can re-connect with these great gifts, retrieve ancient wisdom and use this to help overcome the challenges you set for yourself and to reach your full potential in this life time on earth. Regulary connect to the power in your name and receive all the great things this life has to offer.
