Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that activates your natural healing processes to bring harmony and balance to you physically, emotionally, and mentally. Reiki can be conducted face to face, with or without touch and can also be channelled energetically through distance healing.  Everything in this universe is energy, including us, and therefore this technique can be done from anywhere, going anywhere. 

I have had Reiki myself and it is one of my favourite healing modalities to experience.  I have studied for many years and I am qualified in Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki and Angelic Reiki. I offer face to face or distance healing sessions.

Crystal Light Mapping

Crystal healing is a holistic and natural energy based therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals to cause balance and harmony within you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  When energy becomes stagnant, blocked and unbalanced, this can cause dis-ease within your body, crystals can be used to unblock this energy and open the flow within your body once more. 

Crystals are either placed around your body to help unblock, focus and direct their energy, or the energy is called up through Crystal Light Mapping and the energy is then directed to areas that your body needs healing. I use a combination of direct crystal placement and Crystal Light Mapping during these sessions.

Restore balance, ease stress and tension and feel the free flow of your energy once more.

Relax & Rebalance Intuitive Therapies

This beautiful intuitive session combines massage with reiki and crystal light mapping, finishing with a ‘Returning the Soul’ journey.  Each session consists of a reiki infused aromatherapy massage, where you are massaged with a combination of hands, crystals, and for the 90 minute massage hot stones too.  Essential oils will be diffused in the room to add a sense of relaxation and grounding.

At end of your session you are wrapped in ceremonial rebozo cloths - one around your feet, the other your middle and then finally over your eyes – and have crystals placed along your body to help return your soul to your body and ground you and your session. This beautiful ceremony is like a huge hug.

Returning The Soul (add on)

Returning the Soul is a ceremony where Rebozo cloths are used to create a sense of wholeness and is perfect for the end of a session.  During this ceremony you are wrapped in Rebozo cloths – this creates the sense of a huge hug and helps to calm the mind, align your ideas and your energies, bringing you back into wholeness.
